Tamara IVF Centre is using guidance from the CDC to help keep our patients, families, and staff as safe and healthy as possible during this time.
You MUST wear a mask to enter our office. Please be prepared to have your temperature taken at the door, as well as answer several screening questions.
We request that you not come to our office for care if you have traveled to an area with a high rate of coronavirus cases within the last two weeks.
If you have a fever, cough, or are feeling unwell, please do not come to our offices for a routine visit. Our office staff will happily reschedule you for once you are feeling better. Tamara Hospital providers will work to accommodate patients’ schedules as much as possible.
If you are sick and having an emergency, please contact us so that we can determine how we may best evaluate you.
We also ask that you not bring children to our centre during this time unless you are a breastfeeding mother of a newborn. This will help prevent spread of all illness, including the common cold and the flu.
Please do not bring any visitors with you to your visit unless absolutely necessary, including ultrasound visits. Minor children may be accompanied by one adult, if needed and appropriate.
We encourage all of our patients to remain up to date on immunizations, including the flu vaccine, and to remain vigilant about hand washing and social distancing.
All the staff at Tamara Hospital & IVF Centre has been trained about our new policies as we strive to provide the safest environment for patient care. Stay healthy! We very much appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our patients!
